The Gute Freunde owned Driver’s Girl was back on the racetrack after a setback that has seen her off for a few month’s.

She ran in a mile maiden at Kempton for Marco Botti and was ridden by Daniel Muscutt.

She jumped out of stall 13 and was ridden to the lead, where she travelled nicely for the most part of the race. The well backed favourite, Dreaming Of Paris was shaken up entering the final furlong and stayed on to win by nearly 2 lengths from Driver’s Girl with another length and a half back to the third.

This was a very encouraging run, and it won’t be long before she is in the winners enclosure.
