The much loved ‘Pocket Rocket’ Seprani finally got her head in front to win in style this afternoon.
This daughter of Sepoy has been knocking on the door in her last few runs, trying her heart out and being consistently placed.
But today was her day at Lingfield in a 6 furlong, eight runner handicap.
Josephine Gordon, riding her for the first time, gave her a great ride, settling her at the back, then saving ground on the turn for home, but scooting up the rail to go and win readily by 2 lengths for the Book 3 Partnership, who were there to celebrate the win.
