\t\t\t\tFivetwoeight ran for the first time over 5 furlongs at Kempton last night. A fast run race took him out of his comfort zone early on as he had to be pushed along with the pace, but coming off the bend he was settled nicely behind the front and entering the final furlong he showed his characteristic turn of foot to close with the leaders, but just could not make up the ground in time for the post, finishing a tight 3rd, only beaten a neck for the win.
