The EL Catorce homebred Pellucid, out of Sky Crystal by Excelebration, made a pleasing debut at Thirsk this afternoon.
Sold as a yearling from book 2 at Tattersalls last October, and then re appeared at the Craven Breeze up, was bought by Mrs Julia Annable and put into training with David Simcock.
She ran over 6 furlongs in a median auction stakes, held up and making smooth headway over 2 furlongs out, quickened well and went to win by 2 lengths on the bridle.
