Zain Sarinda ran in the Cazoo Blue Riband Trial ( Listed race) at Epsom yesterday.
It was his first run on turf, the ground was good and it was run over 10furlongs.
He was drawn 4 of 8 runners and Jack Mitchell rode.
He jumped ok and was settled towards the rear of the field where he travelled well, handling the ground well and striding out well.
Coming round Tattenham corner, he was brought down the centre of the track to make his move, he responded well, picking up, 2 out and he started to hang left on the camber, lugging in, but kept on well to be a fast finishing third, beaten half a length and a neck.
This was a great run from a very exciting colt for owners Mr Elbashir Elhrari and Team Valor.
