Zain Sarinda ran another great race in defeat when running in the Denbury Homes Fairway Stakes at Newmarket yesterday.

It was run over 10 furlongs and the ground was good to firm.

He was drawn 7 of 6 runners and Jack Mitchell rode, the ground was good to firm.

He jumped so well he ended up leading the field for the most part of the race, he was joined by the eventual winner 1 furlong out where theey battled, coming quite close together, but the Godolphin horse just got his head in front and won by 1/2 a length from Zain Sarinda.

He ran a great race but seemed to just bump into a potentially really nice horse.
