Aljari gained his first turf success under a brilliant ride from jockey Luke Morris last night.

Following up from his win only a month before, he lined up in the Fitzdares Sprint Series Handicap at Windsor on Monday evening, drawn 3 of the 7 runners, running over 6 furlongs.

He was held up behind the leaders, being stopped in running at a crucial stage, he was switched left and bravely ran on to win by a neck to give trainer Tom Clover and owner Raed El Youssef a win.

He is a hugely popular horse in the yard and everyone is delighted that he is back to his best.
