Assail made it two from two ion his latest start yestersday.

The good looking son of No Nay Never won the Unibet Support Safe Gambling Handicap at Kempton which was run over a mile and a half.

He broke from stall 4 of 10 and was settled towards the rear of the field by jockey Luke Morris.

The pace was a fast one set by Neil Callan who was 10 clear at halfway.

Assail came off the rail after the final bend, still with plenty of ground to make up, but he showed his great tun of foot coupled with his long stride, to come down the centre of the track to win by a length.

This was a great result for the ever improving horse, owner Mr Raed El Youssef and trainer David Simcock.
